About us
Hi, I am Lena. Four years ago when I
gave birth to my daughter, I was lucky to have a midwife who knew some
acupressure techniques for easier labor. In acupressure you press
specific spots on your body with your fingertips to get a certain
effect.
The midwife showed my husband how to
press an acupressure point on my lower leg to relieve labor pains.
Using this single acupressure point was so effective that I needed
only a little of mild pain medication during my whole labor! Because
of this wonderful experience, I became passionately interested in the
benefits of acupressure.
Since I hold a Ph.D. in Life Sciences
and Physiology, I started studying and researching how acupressure
could be used to induce labor naturally and give labor pain relief. I
interviewed midwives and acupressure specialists who actively use
acupressure and witnessed time after time how acupressure
makes labor easier, shorter and safer for both the mother and
the baby.
Until now I have shared this
information only with my friends. As they have been urging me to
popularize this remarkable method, I decided to put together this
site, to tell you how you could induce labor naturally, get
effective labor pain relief, and also overcome some of the most common
problems during labor.
Golden Publishing House Pte kindly
published my book - and here we are!
We sincerely hope that you will take
advantage of this wonderful natural remedy, which will provide you
huge benefits without any fear of harmful side-effects or
contraindications.
